1. 본 상품은 한정 수량이며, 재고 소진 시 조기 품절될 수 있습니다.

2. 본 상품은 안내된 배송일부터 순차적으로 출고가 시작됩니다.
Orders for the item will be shipped on the announced shipping date in a given order.
3. 예약상품과 일반상품을 함께 주문 시 가장 늦게 출시되는 상품의 출시일에 맞춰 함께 발송됩니다.
  If your order contains both a pre-order item and a regular item, your order will be shipped on or near the release date of the pre-order item included in your order.
4. 해외 발송의 경우, 사전 고지된 예약 발송일보다 국가별로 약 7일~15일 (주말/휴일 제외) 정도의 배송기간이 소요되오니 구매 시 참고 부탁드립니다.
  Please note that for overseas shipping, it will take about 7-15 days or longer period of time to deliver depending on the destination country and area(excluding weekends/holidays).
5. 아티스트 굿즈의 부정 교환 및 반품 요청 방지, 불량 및 누락의 정확한 확인을 위해
운송장이 부착된 택배 박스가 상하좌우 밀봉되어있는 상태에서 박스 포장 개봉 시부터 하나의 영상으로 촬영을 부탁드립니다.
운송장 번호가 보이지 않거나, 식별이 어려운 경우, 편집된 영상 등은 교환, 반품 및 물품 누락 등의 CS 접수 및 처리가 불가할 수 있습니다.
To identify unreasonable requests for replacements or refunds, and for an accurate determination of the defects, and items that were ordered but not included in the package you received,
please record a video of you opening your package still sealed on the top, bottom, and sides, and with the shipping label still attached.
If your video does not clearly show the shipping label number, or if the video cannot be seen clearly, has been edited, or otherwise is unacceptable,
Fanslike may not accept your request for a replacement, refund, or the supply of any missing item
6. . 모든 상품의 구성품 및 특전(증정품)의 경우 소재 및 제조 방식 특성상 미세한 스크래치 및 눌림 자국, 찢김, 휘어짐, 작은 점, 잉크 튐 등의 현상이 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 교환/환불 대상이 아닙니다.
Products and bonus items (complimentary items) are subject to minor imperfections arising from the nature of the
materials and the manufacturing methods used, such as scratches, impressions, tears, bends, spots or ink marks, all of which will be superficial.
Fanslike does not acknowledge such minor imperfections as grounds for a replacement or refund.
7. 외관 케이스(또는 본품 패키지) 및 지관통은 본품을 보호하기 위한 포장재이므로, 배송과정에서 찌그러짐/스크래치/변색 등으로 인한 교환/반품이 불가합니다.
Outer package box(package for product) and mailing tube are to protect the actual product,
crumple, scratch, stain, crash/tearing of box/tube is not a valid reason for exchange/refund.
